I generally do surgeries in Arlington, (either at Medical City Arlington, or Trinity Park Surgery Center, and Arlington Memorial Hospital), but also have privileges to perform surgeries at Medical City North Hills, Medical City Denton, and Baylor Uptown.
Other than Wednesday, I schedule surgeries based upon patient convenience on the other weekdays.
Yes, I perform upper and lower endoscopy.
Yes. I am able to use local anesthesia and remove small nodules, skin lesions in the office.
Yes, in selected patients and when appropriate.
If patients need to be admitted following surgery, I generally admit to the hospital where the surgery is performed. If patients have a primary care physician, I involve them as well, and sometimes the PCP prefers to be the admitting physician. Regardless, I remain involved in the surgical care.
