Dr. Rath performed fixed my hiatal hernia, when nobody else would. I can finally eat regular food without having chest pain.
I went to the hospital throwing up everything I was eating. Dr. Rath diagnosed me with a hernia and fixed it within 3 days. I have not had any problems since then. I would go see him again if I needed surgery again.
I had appendicitis and was scared to death to have surgery. Dr. Rath explained everything to me so clearly, and did the surgery. I have not met a more down to earth doctor.
I saw Dr. Rath for a second opinion regarding my hiatal hernia. Another doctor told me I had to have surgery. Dr. Rath told me that surgery could be done, but my symptoms did not seem too bad. He advised me to modify my diet and re-evaluate in six months. It has been 3 years and I haven’t needed surgery. If I did need surgery, I would ask him to do it, because he seems to have patient’s best interests in mind.
I had a bad gallbladder infection and other doctors delayed surgery twice. Dr. Rath removed my gallbladder using a camera and I have not had any problems since then.
I had a hernia in my groin that came back after being fixed 7 years ago. I missed work because of it, but Dr Rath was able to repair it and I was back at work sooner than after the first time.
